This workshop immerses participants in real-world executive challenges, providing practical tools and encouraging strategic reflection on effective management practices.
Through interactive sessions, participants will explore the Executiveness Approach—a structured method designed to develop individual executive capability and enhance problem-solving impact at the organizational level.

Topics Covered Include:

1. Diagnosing Root Causes

• Identify and analyze the most pressing issue in the organization related to the Personnel area.
• Differentiate between symptoms and underlying causes using structured inquiry techniques.
• Apply a diagnostic framework to reveal systemic challenges.

2. Designing Strategic Solutions

• Generate and evaluate solution alternatives based on the root cause analysis.
• Introduce the Executiveness approach as a lens for high-impact decision-making.
• Facilitate group dialogue to select a solution rooted in clarity, responsibility, and feasibility.

3. Developing the Solution Plan

• Build a strategic action plan to embed the chosen solution into organizational practice.
• Define:
  • Accountable teams and roles
  • Key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics
  • Timelines, milestones, and follow-up structures
• Identify potential risks and plan for sustainable implementation.

4. Commit to Action

• Synthesize key takeaways and reflections on the Executiveness mindset.
• Present team-developed solution plans to peers for feedback.
• Define individual or team-level next steps, with ownership and accountability.
• Establish a follow-up mechanism (peer coaching, check-ins, or reporting commitments).

Format

The workshop is offered in two modalities: virtual or in-person.
Both are customized and can be chosen in English or Spanish.
